Group Class Schedule

Group Fitness Classes:
Unfortunately no group classes offered this month. Please check back with us soon. 


Small group personalized training, with a maxium of 5 students per class. In this fitness class we focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and toning. We use a variety of equipment, medicine balls, free weights, TRX bands and more. A great, challenging and different workout every week!

Classes are one hour in length. 
5 students maximum. Water and Towels provided.
