ABOUT THE OWNER

Taber's been in the South Bay for 19 years having lived in Hermosa Beach for 6 years and the rest in Manhattan Beach.  He currently resides just a couple blocks from the studio.  Taber comes from a sport background where he played collegiate baseball for CAL POLY SLO and eventually professional for the St Louis Cardinals/Texas Rangers for 6 years.  After suffering an ACL knee injury/surgery, Taber made his way to LA.  He's been training clients for 19 years, primarily at clients homes after a couple years at the Spectrum Club/now Bay Club.  He's NASM certified and has a B.S. in Kinesiology from CP SLO.  He enjoys all sports especially Football and Baseball.  He likes to travel and be outdoors on hikes with his dog 8 year old dog Bodhi,  His parents live in Temecula and his brother also resides in MB.   His training style varies from client to client but he often tries to get in as much as he can in a session so he likes an upbeat pace.  "Manhattan Beach has always been the right place for me in LA.  People are chill.  The vibes are positive.  And the suns always shining (except for June gloom. Ha)"
