At the age of 2 years old, he watched his cousin play and sometimes joined in on the action. He’s always been involved with sports inside and outside of school. In middle school he fell in love with weight lifting and has not stopped since. The gym helped him battle depression and overcome hardships. He decided to become ACE Certified and make a career out of his passion of staying active. Nowadays he trains to keep his body in shape for every day activities and his hobbies. If he’s not in the gym he enjoys hiking, running, scuba diving, dirt biking, mountain biking and playing pick up sports with friends. She also loves photography, makeup, weightlifting, and learning more about the Asian culture. She’s planning on getting her Masters in Literature at LMU starting in the Fall, and she’s thinking of teaching in the future.
She’s all about creating a balance when it comes to fitness, food, and life. She’s learned that fitness is more about looking good, it’s about feeling proud of growing yourself and pushing your body to do incredible things.
She loves the bonds she’s created with her clients in the past, and also the smiles they share together after they hit one of their goals or accomplish something they think they couldn’t do. It’s super fulfilling to herself and to them as well.
