While growing up in El Salvador, Diego always maintained a tremendously active lifestyle. From the young age of 8, he was already representing his school’s Track and Field's team in national championships. Additionally, he's always been engaged in other different individual sports like Skateboarding, BMX, swimming, and surfing. Soon after becoming a teenager, he began weight training and after only one year, he had already participated in his first bodybuilding contest. This demanding sport did not only become his passion and lifestyle but it also kept him interested in constantly learning and advancing his understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
As a trainer, he likes goal setting, client assessments, and program design. His knowledge and skills are mixed with more than 20 years of experience in the filed as an elite athlete which helps ensure his clients obtain optimal results. Results they can see, feel, and scientifically asses.
