Kevin was born in raised in Philadelphia, PA. He got his start in training while pursuing a competitive rugby career and has been training and coaching full-time for over a decade. He has worked with children just learning to train, clients in their 80s, professional athletes and everything in between. He has worked in Philadelphia and Boston prior to moving to the South Bay. Since moving to California 3 years ago, he has been splitting his time working with athletes training for sports performance (primarily Ice Hockey) and adults training for fitness. Kevin enjoys working with both athletes and active adults working through injuries (or looking to avoid them) with extensive knowledge in functional training, as well as improve fitness levels and body composition. Professional certifications include NASM CPT, CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach), FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and Precision Nutrition. Kevin lives in Redondo Beach with his wife and 2 rescue dogs.
Brianna graduated LMU with Masters in Literature, and she’s thinking of attaining a PhD and teaching college English in the future. She has been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2019 and continues to love learning more about health and fitness.
Brianna is all about creating a balance when it comes to fitness, food, and life. She’s learned that fitness is more about looking good, it’s about feeling proud of growing yourself and pushing your body to do incredible things.
She loves the bonds she’s created with her clients in the past, and also the smiles they share together after they hit one of their goals or accomplish something they think they couldn’t do. It’s super fulfilling to herself and to them as well.
She specializes in lifting weight and HIIT training and emphasizes correct form to maximize muscle growth and limit injury.
Stacey grew up in Newport Beach, CA, and now lives in LA on the Westside. Stacey grew up playing multiple sports, but fell in love with soccer and Ice hockey. For soccer she played on the ODP team
(us national team). She played in WPSL, and W league. She played for the LA Sole, LA Strikers, and LA Blues. She also played in Europe for a short period of time. As for Stacey’s hockey career, she grew up playing with the boys, then made her way to play for the Lady Ducks and the US national women's roller team. Stacey had D1 scholarships for soccer and hockey but turned them down to continue her modeling career. Stacey has a BA in early childhood education; she also has her fitness and nutrition certificate and is Red Cross certified. Fitness/sports has always come naturally to Stacey from the time she could walk. She's a natural-born athlete and has the knowledge to back it up. You can find Stacey playing some type of sport on the beach, to blading with her teammates on the Strand/boardwalk, or playing with her German Shepherd, Thor, nieces, and nephew, who she adores.
Currently, Stacey trains young athletes in soccer and hockey as well as regular fitness training for adults. Stacey loves making people feel good about themselves, as well as creating a bond of trust, communication, honesty, setting realistic goals, jokes and most importantly laughing and having fun
Fernando Anthony Rodriguez, was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Humboldt State University. His hopes for a serious college and professional basketball career took a turn when a severe injury forced him to refocus his efforts on learning how to help repair himself. He went on to have a professional basketball career in Spain, but his experience resulted in a desire to help others rehabilitate their bodies. Shortly after, he became a full-time personal trainer at the famous Gold’s Gym in Venice, California and has been training ever since. With expertise in body transformation and rehab, he has trained top CEOs, film producers, agents and authors, as well as students, retirees and serious athletes who are proactive about avoiding injury.
Fernando understands that movement is one of the keys to a healthy body, and he is passionate about creating customized exercises and workouts that include stretching, strength training, breathing, and more to help all types of clients with varying levels of fitness thrive in their daily lives.
Coach Nic Stephens was born and raised in Inglewood, CA. He first was introduced to training while pursuing a Professional Football career. Coach Nic played Quarterback Overseas and Arena football prior to. Since then he’s been coaching in the community: athletes in strength and conditioning, working with many different sports and of all ages; little league to the collegiate level for over a decade. He also has worked in the general population setting with children just learning to train all the way up to senior citizens. He has ton of experience from working with professional athletes to retired athletes, police force, fire rescue and so many more. His expertise in Human Performance is at an all time high with his creative programming and the quality of training in each session. Coach Nic also enjoys working with both injured athletes or clients in pain. He currently oversees many high school athletes for regeneration, pain and injury prevention. Current Professional Certifications include NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), NASM FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), FRS FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist), USAW1 (USA Weightlifting Level 1) and Adult and Pediatric FIRST AID/CPR/AED.
River graduated from California Polytechnic University Of San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree of science in Psychology. He obtained his personal training certification through Blink Fitness’s practitioner course and continues to expand his knowledge in fitness every day. He’s always been extremely active and in his younger years competed, playing basketball and waterpolo. Once he went to college he started to focus and experiment with different emphasis on strength, HIIT, and endurance training alike. He believes health is the most important part of your life and fitness is a key aspect of optimizing your health and living a long happy life. River started with personal training originally via training his friends and absolutely fell in love with guiding people along their fitness journey. River has had a lot of experience with an extremely wide range of clients as well. He has trained clients with Sickle Cell disease, going through PT rehabilitation and with a range from 17 years of age to 81. He is extremely adaptable and is able to create custom unique workouts based off of your goals as a client. Training his clients is one of his favorite things to do in life as it reminds him of his own journey and keeps him inspired every day.
